Ronald P. Angerer, II graduated summa cum laude from Florida Coastal School of Law in May, 2013. While in law school, Mr. Angerer distinguished himself from his peers, earning numerous academic honors. Among other honors, Mr. Angerer served as a Staff Editor on the Florida Coastal Law Review and was inducted into the National Order of Scribes in recognition of his excellence in legal writing. Indeed, Mr. Angerer's academic work regarding workplace privacy was chosen for publication in the Charlotte Law Review. See 4 Charlotte L. Rev. 1 (2013).
Mr. Angerer also gained invaluable legal experience while in school. His time spent interning in the Florida Supreme Court, as well as the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, gave him insight into the judicial process and exposed him to a wide variety of legal issues. Mr. Angerer's interest in employment law was solidified through his work in federal court. Mr. Angerer was admitted to the bar in September, 2013 and joined the Law Offices of Archibald J. Thomas in December of 2013. Since joining the firm, Mr. Angerer has been successful in several motions and hearings at the state and federal levels.
Mr. Angerer was born in Charleston, South Carolina. He moved to Jacksonville in 1996 when his father was relocated to the Naval Station in St. Mary's, Georgia. Mr. Angerer has resided in Jacksonville since that time, with a brief reprieve while he attended college. He graduated cum laude from Allen D. Nease High School and magna cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University (or "Dunk City," as it is commonly known as now). He enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie Angerer; their dog, Louie; and playing golf.
